Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote solar panel solutions.
  • Educate customers about solar energy benefits and product offerings.
  • Maintain call records and follow up with leads.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Ability to explain technical aspects of solar panels to customers.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
